July 2019
A few more pictures from the Nickell Family Reunion. Some paddle boarding.
Cute Lander in the "hot tub."
Enjoying some root beer floats.
Sydnee and her cute little friend Remington.
Sometimes I like to live on the wild side and only give myself 1 mile to go before I get gas.
After hanging out with Bethany's cute Penny, Brynlee was dying for "Penny hair" so we gave her some ringlets the next day.
Devynee has been able to swim for a while but lacked the confidence. Now, she goes off the diving board in the deep end like a pro.

Someone can finally put herself to standing and thinks she is hot stuff.
We had a great 4th of July! We invited a few friends over to celebrate with some fireworks and had so much fun before the rain and hail drove us inside. The kids loved every minute and no one was seriously injured so it was a great day!
On the 5th we finished lighting the rest of our fireworks and the kids got to help. We had quite the show!
It's about time we put this boy to work.
We got to visit our beloved Grammy on our way to our Nickell Family Reunion. We loved spending time (albeit short time) with her!
June 30-July 3 was the 2019 Nickell Family Reunion. Grand Dad and Grandma will celebrate their 60th!!! Anniversary this summer and they were able to have all of their blood related posterity with them! We were only missing 1 out of 58 (missed you Wendy!). It was the best time! We rented two giant farmhouses at Bear Lake that housed us all. The food was amazing, the company inspiring and the fun never ended. We spent time on the lake, played yard game after yard game, used the metal detector to search for coins that Grand Dad buried, went to the Pickleville Playhouse, and stayed up way too late! We even put our "cotton-picking' " phones away for the majority of the time (just like Grand Dad wanted). This will be a memory to cherish forever.
We had a great time today meeting up with friends at the zoo in Scottsbluff! We love the dinosaur dig pit, the splash pad and the great company! Sydnee was definitely living her best life double fisting the ring pops.
Kendree and Devynee had their last week of softball this week. They both had nice hits and enjoyed their season! We'll be back next year!
One last picture of the girls in their recital clothes for ballet. They sure loved getting dolled up!
Easton has been at Scout Camp this week and according to photographic evidence has been having lots of fun! Hikes, Jewel Cave and time with the troop. We sure do miss him around the house though!
We always love spending time at the welcome center. I even get a few minutes peace when I lock my kids in jail!
Saturday began with donuts and cleaning the church and then it was on to D.A. Russell days on base. I've been wanting to go for nine years and we finally made it happen. We saw amazing historical military set ups and toured the missile training site and maintenance training site. It was fascinating!
We had a fantastic day with Bethany and kids yesterday! A little CFD rodeo, a little Indian Village and some playtime at our house. It was definitely a success since every kid was asking when we could see each other again!
We had some happy ball players this year! And a happy mama watching all of those games!
Today was a great day with cousins. The splash pad in Laramie, Sydnee living her best life in the swings, shaved ice and a water balloon fight. We love our cousins!
