Ronnie has many fond (and let's be honest, frustrating) memories of working on the family cars with his dad.  When he and Easton were replacing an alternator today, I knew I had to get a picture. Someday, this will be a treasure.

Another piano recital in the books! Devynee, Kendree and Easton did fantastic! Always so great to hear them perform the songs they have been working so hard on.

24 weeks! I'm going to pretend you can't see that pile of Halloween costumes I need to put away, mmmmkay? I'm feeling good and can't believe we are approaching the third trimester. Baby7 moves like crazy, and is active enough that sometimes I am startled by the movements.  The kids are so excited for Baby7 to arrive. Hallee is the only one who is adamantly certain she wants a girl. The rest are team boy. Only time will tell.

Easton had a great first band concert of the year. He is loving the trumpet!

Happy 8th Birthday Devynee! Dev doesn't like cake, so a giant cookie is more her style. Devynee is the best. She loves her family and friends and plays with all of her siblings. One day it is Kendree and the next it is Sydnee. Devynee loves to read and burns through books. We loved celebrating her with family and friends.

Devynee was baptized and confirmed a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints on her birthday! It was a wonderful service with friends and family there to support her. We love Devynee and are so proud of her following her Savior's example.

Today was a snow day! The kids did chores, relaxed and even went outside for a whole 20 minutes.

Hallee has been very into being a superhero lately. She fights the bad guys and (usually daddy is the designated bad guy) with her blanket cape and mask and revolver and couldn't be cuter doing it.

Easton's dreams came true with the help of his Uncle Adam and Grandpa Lindstrom and he was able to go to the freezing cold Border War on 11/22. He loved every minute and the Pokes got the W!

Someone enjoyed the ice cream part of the birthday celebrations this week!

On 11/25, Brynlee was recognized as the Student of the Month in her Pre-K class. We got to enjoy cake with her and she was excited that Grandma was in town to see her get her award. Brynlee is everyone's friend and a great girl.

We had a parenting first the evening of 11/26. Our first kid to need stitches! Brynlee was so brave! She didn't cry at all for the entire process. The other kids were so concerned, it warmed my mama heart. Prayers were said over her and she was the first thing anyone asked about when they awoke today. (She was messing around after brushing her teeth and fell off the stool and hit her chin on  the countertop).

We had a wonderful Thanksgiving with family and friends and I learned once again that documenting it during all the fun is not a strength of mine. So grateful for all I have. Love this time of year when we are reminded to reflect on our blessings.

I neglected to post about Karen's birthday! Devynee loves sharing her birthday with Grandma. We enjoyed some yummy Mexican food and had brownies and ice cream. Then we set off fireworks to end our evening!

We flew into California on September 4th, got the kids settled at Grandma's house and then left to start our drive up the coast to Ronnie's work conference in Monterey. Ronnie has always wanted to drive the Pacific Coast Highway all the way up the coast and we knocked out a big portion. The drive was beautiful and the company was fantastic. We also went to an upscale dinner with conference attendees at The Sardine Factory and enjoyed sorbet served in a swan ice sculpture and another dessert served "dramatically" with dry ice.

On September 7th we left Monterey early to get to Ronnie's cousin's wedding in Big Bear. We loved spending time with family and dancing the night away!

While we were gone the kids didn't have a lot of chances to miss us, they had library visits, swimming time and a trampoline park to keep them busy! Thanks to Grandma and the California family for your help with the crazies.

After church on the 8th, we went to the cemetery to visit Grandpa's grave. It's always nice to spend some quiet time remembering him and how much we love him!

Sunday afternoon, we had a family get-together. We had so much fun, I only took two picture of cute kids with their balloon creations.

Day 1 at Disneyland. Aunt Aubrey made us matching shirts and we had a great day riding all the rides and eating all the things.

Day 1 character meetings. Hallee and Brynlee took some time to warm up to the characters.

Day 1 continued.

Splash Mountain with cousins. I don't care what people say, these pictures are the best!

Day 2 at Disney was California Adventure. The fun just never stops (but our feet could feel the "fun" at this point).

Day 2 fun!

Day 3 was another day at Disneyland. This trip was one for the books. The stuff of dreams and we loved every minute.

Characters from day 3.

We got to meet three princesses (with no wait!). Easton was a good sport to get in the one picture I asked him to participate in.

Our friends, the Eyres came into town for 12 glorious hours and we were able to hang out with them! Oh, how I miss seeing Chelsea whenever I want! We have to settle for these random get togethers for now though!

16 weeks! I'm feeling great and loving the second trimester. Baby #7 will be here before we know it. We better get cracking on names here soon. And no, I don't want to find out the gender ahead of time.

Living her best life, double fistin' the fries and chicken nuggets.

Happy 3rd Birthday Hallee! We had a good day celebrating with 4 soccer games but made up for it by going to Grandma and Grandpa's house in the afternoon and evening. We love our Hallee girl and can't believe she is already 3!

September 21st, Ronnie and Easton were able to join friends Clay, Ian, Jared and Taylor and go to the BYU vs. Washington game in Provo. They had a great time, even though the outcome wasn't what they hoped.
