Ronnie has many fond (and let's be honest, frustrating) memories of working on the family cars with his dad. When he and Easton were replacing an alternator today, I knew I had to get a picture. Someday, this will be a treasure.
Another piano recital in the books! Devynee, Kendree and Easton did fantastic! Always so great to hear them perform the songs they have been working so hard on.
24 weeks! I'm going to pretend you can't see that pile of Halloween costumes I need to put away, mmmmkay? I'm feeling good and can't believe we are approaching the third trimester. Baby7 moves like crazy, and is active enough that sometimes I am startled by the movements. The kids are so excited for Baby7 to arrive. Hallee is the only one who is adamantly certain she wants a girl. The rest are team boy. Only time will tell.
Easton had a great first band concert of the year. He is loving the trumpet!
Happy 8th Birthday Devynee! Dev doesn't like cake, so a giant cookie is more her style. Devynee is the best. She loves her family and friends and plays with all of her siblings. One day it is Kendree and the next it is Sydnee. Devynee loves to read and burns through books. We loved celebrating her with family and friends.
Devynee was baptized and confirmed a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints on her birthday! It was a wonderful service with friends and family there to support her. We love Devynee and are so proud of her following her Savior's example.
Today was a snow day! The kids did chores, relaxed and even went outside for a whole 20 minutes.
Hallee has been very into being a superhero lately. She fights the bad guys and (usually daddy is the designated bad guy) with her blanket cape and mask and revolver and couldn't be cuter doing it.
Easton's dreams came true with the help of his Uncle Adam and Grandpa Lindstrom and he was able to go to the freezing cold Border War on 11/22. He loved every minute and the Pokes got the W!
Someone enjoyed the ice cream part of the birthday celebrations this week!
On 11/25, Brynlee was recognized as the Student of the Month in her Pre-K class. We got to enjoy cake with her and she was excited that Grandma was in town to see her get her award. Brynlee is everyone's friend and a great girl.
We had a parenting first the evening of 11/26. Our first kid to need stitches! Brynlee was so brave! She didn't cry at all for the entire process. The other kids were so concerned, it warmed my mama heart. Prayers were said over her and she was the first thing anyone asked about when they awoke today. (She was messing around after brushing her teeth and fell off the stool and hit her chin on the countertop).
We had a wonderful Thanksgiving with family and friends and I learned once again that documenting it during all the fun is not a strength of mine. So grateful for all I have. Love this time of year when we are reminded to reflect on our blessings.
I neglected to post about Karen's birthday! Devynee loves sharing her birthday with Grandma. We enjoyed some yummy Mexican food and had brownies and ice cream. Then we set off fireworks to end our evening!

August 2019
Hallee was thrilled to dress up as Spider-man.
Cute Brynlee was also thrilled to be dressing up and playing in the mess of our downstairs when the carpet had to be restretched.
Devynee lost another tooth!
We loved our pool days with our friends. Sydnee and Winnie were often mistaken for twins during this time.
Ronnie was able to meet baby Jaden - his cousin's baby.
Brynlee continues to be the strangest sleeper ever. This night, she had her feet up like this. It was hard to get a picture of, so I hope I was able to capture it.
Easton went on a boating activity with the youth from church and loved knee boarding!
Cute Sydnee!
Safety first.
The antelope have loved our yard this year. Especially when I have the kiddie pool up for them to water at.

A little 4pm nap for these two today. NOOOO! How I hate the late afternoon nap.
So....
May as well continue on our streak,
Baby GIRL Lopez arriving in May!
.
Easton is doing fine. His reaction to the news was, and I quote, "Dang it. Did you decide what to name her?"
All three older girls got haircuts this week. They are loving them nd Mom is loving the lack of fights over combing out snarls!
After trying valiantly to help me vacuum, I went and got the play vacuum for her. She really wasn't anymore successful, but she was much happier!
Poor neglected #baby6 is already seeing less screen time and she's not even here. This is me at 23 weeks. I'm feeling great. I love the 2nd trimester. Baby is moving like crazy and I have lots of energy still. Good thing because Hallee caught Hand Foot and Mouth disease and is SO clingy. We're on the downhill slope though!
She got the right "eye liner" just the way she wanted it, but had to try about five times before she was happy with the left side.
Easton had his last Pinewood Derby last night! He designed his car and wanted a simple wedge shape. This year he went with a Wyoming theme. Much to his delight, he car was a fast one. he ended up as the grand champion of the evening and will compete at district!
