On Thursday, October 30th we had our ward trunk or treat, which actually has nothing to do with trunks, because we do it inside and everyone grabs a classroom. :)
I neglected to get official pictures of the kids, but got some of them enjoying the sugar cookies afterward. Brynlee hung out in her car seat the entire time (you can see it behind Easton).
Ron and I went as Cleopatra and Mark Antony this year (well, technically his costume was a Caesar costume, but no one cares, right?). Thank you Wal-mart clearance last year. And yes, I already know what we are going to be next year.
Our attempt at a stoic picture.
And normal now!
Then, the next night we got dressed up again to go out in the neighborhood.
We had Spider-Man...
Rapunzel (she had a love/hate relationship with that wig).
Princess Sofia
And a cuddly polar bear (who stayed home with mom to hand out candy).
A shot of the older three.

Carving Pumpkins
Due to a bit of a crazy work schedule for Daddy, we didn't carve pumpkins until the morning of Halloween.
Also, Mom neglected to get any pictures of the process, but did get a few of the results!

Random pictures from October 2014
Devynee found the tutu in the dress ups and danced all around the house.
Dressing up as a clown at preschool!
This silly boy loves to "practice" swimming in the bathtub with his goggles.
Devynee and Kendree go to "stories on my own" at the library and love it, but Devynee does NOT like the puppets, so sometimes she has to sit on Grandma Cathy's lap for that part. :)

The ones who hold
A few more pictures of the kids and other family members holding Brynlee...
Kendree meeting her for the first time in the hospital.
Easton meeting Brynlee
Devynee meeting her little sister.
An attempt at a family picture.
I missed getting pictures of Grandma and Grandpa Cali, Grandma Wyo (Grandpa Wyo had a cold and Grandma wouldn't let him come), Adam, Alicia and Todd.
Aunt Sarah!
Easton again.
Daddy taking his turn at burping duty.
You can tell that the girls were sick for the 10+ days after Brynlee was home, so they weren't allowed to touch her. So sad!
Over Halloween weekend, Aunt Erica, Alayna and Brylen came to visit! Alayna and Brylen couldn't get enough!
Aunt Sarah came back too!

The Pumpkin Patch
Ronnie's parents were in town for a week - about 4 days before Brynlee was born through about 4 days after she was born. It was great to have their help during that time.
We picked them up from the shuttle stop in Ft. Collins on Saturday, October 11th and after lunch, made a stop at a pumpkin patch.
It was a gorgeous day (in the 70s) but I did not anticipate the amount of mud we would have to deal with, so we didn't stick around too long.
Ron, the kids and I ventured out in the field to pull our pumpkins off the vine (and if you are a member of the Wyo family, the tune of Big Pumpkin just popped into your head).
We walked and walked and walked (Kendree and I both lost shoes in the mud at one point).
And then we pulled and we tugged and we pulled. (Big Pumpkin again, sorry, I couldn't resist).
It was a fun outing, but next year I will come much better prepared! Thanks to Grandma Cali for scraping the mud off of all of the kids shoes!
