When we were taking end of school year pictures, Devynee needed one as well.

My friend sent this over.  Easton entertained her baby for a while at the school field day. He is a pretty great big brother.

Technically, her last day was Tuesday, but we took the picture today because that's how I roll.  Kendree has had a great year of Pre-K with Miss Donna and Miss Sarah and can't wait for Kindergarten!

Today is Easton's last day of  1st grade! He has loved every minute. He has a love for math and reading and sports at recess (of course). Here's to summer!

I have declared this summer The Summer of the Snow Cones. This was our inaugural visit in Cheyenne. Devynee could not be bothered to look at the camera when she had that Tiger's Blood creation in front of her. #cantsayiblameher

Devynee had a little nap-a-roo during Easton's game last night. Mama was envious as 8 ball games in 6 days was a little much this week.

Happy Father's Day to this wonderful guy! I'm so grateful for his humor, his help, his guidance, his coaching, his patience, his love and his faith as we work to raise the four amazing kids we've been blessed with. We love you, Ronnie!

It wouldn't be a proper Father's Day without mentioning these two amazing men. Ray has raised a wonderful son and my children adore him. My dad is the best. Just the best. We love you both!

This little darling turned 8 months old (last week) and we finally took some pictures! Brynlee lights up when anyone pays attention to her and unless she just woke up is one of the smiley-est babies you'll meet. She loves baby food and nursing alike and takes 2 naps a day. She is putting mama to the test by getting up at least 2 times a night. Ugh. Brynlee gets all around the room, but not very quickly.  She rolls, army crawls and scoots to get where she wants to go.  She goes with the flow as she is dragged from ball game to swimming to ball game and we love her to bits and pieces.

We got to meet our new cousin Jaxon this week. We are in love! Kendree told me as we were leaving that she loves baby Jaxon a little more than Brynlee.

Wicked with my love. Wonderful birthday present that I got to cash in six months later.

Easton loved the Post 6 Kids Clinic today.  The kid loves his baseball.

When your tee ball game is rained out, Aunt Sarah saves the day by reading all the library books. We're not sure what we're going to do when she leaves us for a little thing called a job later this summer.

Kendree Plays T-ball

Kendree played t-ball on a 5-6 year old team for the month of June (8 games). She seemed to really like playing, but is not nearly as intense as Easton (not many are). I think her favorite thing is talking to the adult helpers as she waits at every base. :)

Devynee Plays T-Ball

Devynee played t-ball on a 3-4 year old team for the month of June (8 games total).  Her games were almost always at the same time as Easton's team so we divided and conquered.  She had a rocky start, but then grew to love it (well, love the hitting), not the fielding so much.

I was severely lacking at the picture taking, but I did get some video!

Father's Day

Father's Day when you are the Bishop is not really that relaxing.  No Sunday is.  We tried to celebrate Ronnie the best we could. I made everyone pile on Daddy for a picture after church.

We are so grateful for our hard-working daddy and all he does.  As evidenced by the love of all of our children (he is much preferred over mama), we got a good one!

I also had the kids record a little greeting for the Grandpas in our life.

Elder Jordan Leaves

My brother, Jordan, left on his two year mission for our church in mid-June.  He is serving in the Arkansas Little Rock Mission. We swung by the house on June 14th to see him be set apart and say our goodbyes.

I thought it would be fun to take before and after pictures with my kids.  Two years makes a big difference when you are under 20!

It's possible that no one (besides Grandma and Grandpa) will miss Jordan more than Easton. They are quite the buddies. Jordan is a great uncle, in fact, I use him as an example whenever Easton needs reminders on how to play with/hang out with kids that are younger than him.

Star Valley, Jackson and Yellowstone

My work retreat this year was in Jackson, Wyoming and since Aunt Erica and Uncle Dan just moved to Star Valley, we couldn't resist a visit with them as well!

On the way, Easton and Kendree got comfy for their movie viewing.

Mama's been trying hard to move more, so on our breaks, we did a lot of races and running around poles.

A moose!

When Easton found out we were going to be close to Yellowstone, he was DYING to see Old Faithful.  He studied landmarks of Wyoming in school and this was on his list of places to go. Ronnie literally had JUST enough time to eat lunch with me, load up, drive to Old Faithful, see it go, then find diapers and food for Brynlee (he had left the diaper bag in the hotel room) and drive back to our hotel (the Jackson Lake Lodge) for a dinner that evening.  The things we do for our very cute kids.

The next day, we left Jackson, Ronnie golfed with Dan and Erica and the kids and I hung out.
Ronnie managed to capture a few pictures of the golf course.

No pictures were taken by me, but fun was had by all! Every time we travel to that area of the state, Ronnie starts scheming on how he can move us there.
