More Random December

A few more things from December.

We got some wicked winds that created crazy drifts.  My kids decided to walk right through the deepest part (the footprints farther away in this photo) instead of walking on the much clearer sidewalk.

I turned 33 and we used any 3 candles we could find in the house.

Brynlee enjoyed some more chocolate.

Christmas 2015

On Christmas Eve, we had our traditional "eat what Jesus ate" meal and invited our friends the Readings and the Martinz' families over.  The kids played so well together!  After all of that fun (and zero pictures), we loaded up to go look at lights and as usual, the kids fell asleep while we were out.

Easton really wanted to ask Santa how old he is, so he left this note for him next to the cookies and milk.

I was pathetic at taking pictures, but managed to grab a few of the kids eating breakfast after the show was over.

And the aftermath...

We went to Grandma and Grandpa Lindstrom's house and got to skype with this guy. It was great to see and talk to him!

Trying out the new bike (it may be a while before we get it outside).

It was a wonderful day with family and friends!

Ward Christmas Party

Following Easton's Baptism, we had the Corner Stone Ward Christmas Party.

Devynee and Kendree were the test subjects for Grandpa's lighting settings.

The big man himself made it and they all got to visit with him.

Brynlee was not so very thrilled.

Onlookers...

Brynlee gets passed all over the ward family, but BethAnne may be her favorite.

The Primary children sang two songs and acted out the nativity. Devynee was a donkey.

Kendree was the angel that "delivered" the baby Jesus.

Easton was a shepherd.

When family visits...

When Grandpa Lopez comes to visit, we always get fun pictures!

Brynlee does not wake up very happy on a regular basis. She usually needs some snuggles and Grandpa Lopez was happy to oblige.

Even the Bishop has to check in with Santa.

Brynlee is at one of my least favorite ages for eating out (okay, all ages are my least favorite ages - I prefer no children at sit down restaurants :) ). We spent some time hanging out in the foyer together.

Easton's Baptism

On December 12th, Easton was baptized by his father as a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.  We are so proud of him and his decision.  We had lots of family and friends come to celebrate with him.

Due to some other scheduling things, we baptized him at 2:00 p.m.

Ronnie and Easton in their whites.

He was so excited (and a little nervous, he admitted).

 Grandma and Grandpa Lindstrom came

The entire Lindstrom Gang. Brynlee, Ronnie, me, Easton, Kendree, Jaxon, Grandpa, Grandma, Devynee, Adam, Alicia and Todd.

The Lopez Gang. Aubrey, Brooke, Brynlee, Ronnie, me, Easton, Devynee, Kendree, Grandma and Grandpa.

Grandma and Grandpa Lopez flew all the way from California!

The proud parents!

Our crazy family.  What a great example Easton is to his sisters.

Prior to the baptism, we had some friends and family join us for lunch.  Brynlee loved hanging out with Brooke (she was a favorite with all of the kids, actually).

Smiley Jaxon and Alicia.

Getting some grub.

The kids enjoyed sitting with friends (seen here with Chani and Saya).

Todd enjoyed hanging with the big boys.

Brooke and Easton.

Easton and Aunt Aubrey.

Easton and Grandpa Lopez.

Kendree and Grandpa.

That silly Brynlee girl.

Brynlee loves to beep Grandpa Lindstrom's nose.

Strike a pose.

Photographic evidence that Mom played the piano (tongue out and all).
