My picture taking was very lacking in February. It was COLD and I didn't head out to the house all that often. We did get all insulated, then sheet-rocked and textured this month though, so there was a lot going on.
Ronnie's dad also came out for 3 full weeks and worked so hard on the house. Ron and his dad started by laying all the hardiebacker for tile and then decided that in order to keep them both sane and in the interest of time, we should hire out the installation of the tile. Best decision we every made. It was worth every penny. Then then moved on to installing the wood floor.
Kitchen/dining area.

Another family room shot.
More family room.
Living room.
Vaulted ceiling.
The beginning of the wood floor installation. Hey look there are my dad's legs too! It was a family affair.
It was really hard to take accurate pictures of the first part they installed due to the lights.
And here was the beginning of the tile by our awesome tile guy. Still think he was some of the best money we spent. (Master bath).

Random February Pictures
Devynee has been drug along to many more home improvement and flooring/design stores than she will ever care to remember. Every once in a while a picture is in order.
Cute girl on the run.
All bundled up on the snow day.
A very quick trip to Utah resulted in a tour of the Provo City Center Temple. It was a great day (but very cold).
On Kendree's birthday, Devynee (band-aid on her face and all) insisted in being in on a few pictures.
Dinosaur hat!
Fake nails applied! (They lasted about 30 minutes).
I love our school. Kendree and Easton's classes worked together on some writing assignments. The 2nd graders came and read to the Kindergarteners and then the Kindergarteners came and read to the 2nd graders. These sweet pictures were sent over by Kendree's teacher. Every once in a while, they do get along. :)

When school is cancelled you can't NOT take advantage. Oh how I adored the lazy morning we had today!
We had a great quick weekend in Utah visiting family and friends. The highlight of the trip was visiting the Provo City Center Temple Open House. The kids did awesome despite crazy crowds and it was amazing.
Cool Cat Brynlee! #16months
Happy, Happy Birthday Kendree! We sure do love our big SIX year old! Can't believe she is 6! We are proud of her and her spunk. (Everyone should get to be present when Kendree opens presents. She gushes, screams and ooohs and aaahs over every single one. It is the best).
Eleven years ago, these two babies got married. Now, 4 kids, 7 houses, 6 cars, 3 degrees and 7 jobs later, they are still madly in love! Happy Anniversary to my Ronald Jay!
Kendree and Devynee donned their fake nails this morning and LOVE them! Birthday presents are awesome.
Tomorrow is my kids' favorite day of the year. Actually of every 4 years. I feed them ice cream for dinner. As much as they want. Sprinkles? Yes. Syrup? Yes. Whipped cream? Yep. (And then if they are still hungry, I'll make them a sandwich).

Kendree's 6th Birthday!
Our sweet Kendree turned six! She had a pretty great day. Dad brought her a Happy Meal at lunch, she got to skip gymnastics and we had Arby's at dinner.
This little one needed a little spotlight as well.
All the loot!!!
Her Shopkins cake.
A few days later, we had the Lindstrom side of the family over for some more celebrating!
Grandpa was a big fan of the party hats.
Brynlee was not quite as big of a fan of the hats.
Then she opened a new chair for her new bedroom and everyone needed a turn!
