Instagram: June 2018

Last day of 4th, 2nd and Kindergarten for these big kids! Here's to a great summer!

The first weekend of June we got to host my sweet roommate from BYU, Carissa, and her three girls. My kids were in heaven with new playmates and it was so great to see Carissa as they trekked to their new home in Washington state.

Grandpa brought the tractor over so we could get a handle on the prairie grass at our place and the kids loved riding on it! Brynlee rode from an hour with Ronnie and fell asleep in his lap.

This guy is one of the best. I love my dad. He is always game for a project and looking for ways to serve.

I took a week long break from social media and man was it nice! A great reminder that we can survive without it, and also the good that can come from it. Here's some Sydnee pictures from the last week.

Happy Father's Day to our favorite guy! We love him a lot!

We gave Brynlee a hair cut yesterday and she is thrilled! She was mad I wanted to take a picture because she had to stop admiring herself in the mirror for a second.

Hallee found Devynee's Build-A-Bear glasses and wore them around all morning. So stinkin' cute!

My mom uniform this summer is jegging Bermuda shorts from Walmart and a hat of some kind. No time to dry my hair. Ever. Snuggling this little one is my favorite though. Newborns really are like nothing else. #fourweeksoldtoday

Sweet Sydnee is one month old! I can not believe it. She is a peaceful, sweet soul and such a joy. She is super petite (barely over 7 lbs at 4 weeks old) but constantly gaining weight. She is a good eater and sleeper (She never had her days and nights mixed up) and has even given her mama a few 5-6 hour stretches over the last two weeks. She is starting to be awake more and gets a little fussy around dinner time (you know, that witching-hour). Her siblings adore her and I had lots of "help" with this photo shoot.

Sydnee went to church for the first time yesterday, so we had to document her outfit and her snoozin' through primary.

Proof that these two play together so well, they just mostly do it in their room with the door closed. Hallee is at the magical age where she does whatever Brynlee wants and doesn't argue. It's a pretty sweet set up.

Devynee had her permanent teeth on the bottom coming in behind her baby teeth. We went to the dentist to get it all checked out and they decided to pull them out today. Dev was super brave. I was amazed at how big and long the roots were on those tiny baby teeth.
