The benefit of living right by the county firework shoot site (and putting up with the noise for 4-5 days a year)? Having a GREAT show you can watch from your front lawn. #itlastsfor4hours!
One of my favorite things about being a mom to littles is the little "friends" that greet me around the house. This cute little feline is going to help me put on my make up. #yesitis4pm
True love is spending all day building and anchoring a swing set for your kids. Then finding out that your youngest screams bloody murder the entire time she is in the swing. #2outof3isntbad
Changing my life, one choice at a time...
Look who is in Cheyenne! I really wish I had some kind of story to tell. #iheartnpr #storycorps
Grandpa "pinky promised" a ride in the wagon. He sure did deliver. That's over 100 lbs he's pulling! #latergram
Went to go feed the chickens for Jill and in the time we were there a fire broke out on the south side of college drive!
Sometimes you just have to get comfortable.
Easton showing "baby Todd" how to shoot the gun at the spray park. (We always say the "baby" part of his name). #latergram
One can never be too careful. Helmets at GGWyo's house are always advised. #coordinated

And thank you Devynee... (yes, she posted this all by herself)
A night out with my boy. Mary Poppins was supercalifragilisticexpialidocous. #latergram
This is what your garage looks like when your basement floods...sigh
I sure love her.
Easton had the best preschool teachers this year! Next stop: Kindergarten!
Everyone wanted in on Easton's "last day of preschool" picture.
You guys. Her random teeth are my favorite. #grandpahat

The target dollar spot never disappoints. You've never seen a 18 month old leave on sunglasses as long as this one does. She is a pro. #latergram
What is this? Three 1-year olds playing nicely in the sandbox? #bringonthetriplets #kiddingkiddingkidding
Apparently Kendree is my most safety conscious child (who knew?). Minnie got the extra car seat on our way to the post office.
Uncle Adam is an excellent "kidoneachfoot" walker. The transformer sound effects as he did it made it even better.
Happy Father's Day to the greatest dad ever! Always willing to jump in, entertain and look for ways to serve me and others!
No words. Well maybe one. Yoga.
She told me she is a princess fighter. Obviously.
A little "Itsy Bitsy Spider" for your enjoyment.
Noticed the mistake today. Just 2 years after purchasing the blow dryer. #waytogorevlon

Devynee - 21 months
I promise this painful process is almost over. Who am I kidding? If you aren't here to see my cute kids, what are you here for?
At 21 months:
That bat weighs almost as much as she does (well not really, but it is heavy for her!).
Blowing bubbles!
Pinata!
She wanted to wear her daddy's tie, but settled for the clip-on.
This one is just because she is cute.
At 21 months:
- Devynee went to the doctor for a check up! She is in the 10th percentile for weight and the 25th for height. (22 lbs and 31 inches) This check up seemed strange to me, as none of my other kids have had a 21 month check up, but the doctor told me that she likes to do an extra screening developmentally at this age, which seemed good to me!
- She babbles all of the time, with perfect inflection and makes everyone look at me to interpret. Most of her words are just gibberish and she slips in real phrases and words occasionally.
- Devynee loves to eat just about anything, unless she doesn't. You know? One meal she eats everything I put in front of her and the next she survives on milk and rice.
- I can't remember where I am on her teeth, but she has her bottom two middle teeth and then the first bottom molars on both sides. On top she has her four front teeth and the first molars as well.
- Devynee is in size 18 month clothes and size 4 shoes.
- She takes one nap a day for 3-4 hours (this has lengthened) and sleeps through the night.
As I've mentioned, Devynee loves to do what her siblings are doing. This particular day, it was teeball.

Devynee - 20 months
Okay, I have GOT to get this on the blog so we can document this little one!
At 20 months:
Visiting the "farm" (a place in Ft. Collins)
Grandpa Wyo came to help and Devynee stole his hat!
She is a star.
At 20 months:
- Devynee really started saying phrases, like "I did it!" and "Watch this!"
- She is now ok with nursery. She has had 2 tear-free drop offs, but normally cries just to make sure she is letting me know what a bad mom I am. :) Too bad this is my third rodeo sister!
- Devynee loves to climb in the van all by herself. She can't quite get into her car seat though, which means I have to climb in as well to retrieve her from the back and put her into her car seat. Silly girl.
- Devynee does not like to swing. She will tolerate being held on my lap, but will not do a baby swing by herself.
- She will try to do anything that her sister or brother are doing. Unless it is going down the stairs and then she insists on being carried.
- Devynee is sleeping through the night and taking one 2-3 hour nap a day. She rarely fights going down.
- She is in size 18 month clothes and size 4 shoes.
This girl LOVES ranch. Really and truly.

Devynee - 19 months
And we're gonna play a little catch up.
At 19 months:
At 19 months:
- Devynee is turning on the sass. Her favorite phrase is "I no wa to" or I don't want to. She also likes "Wait me!"
- She wants to do everything on her own. Her sister really resists this and wants her to need help always.
- Devynee sleeps through the night and takes one nap a day. For some reason that nap is shortening and she sleeps about 2-3 hours now.
- She got three top teeth this month (front right and the two next to the front teeth).
- Devynee loves to eat chicken nuggets and hot dogs. We try to keep it extra healthy around here, as you can see. She will eat anything, and I mean anything if I give her plenty of ranch dressing to dip it in.
- She fights going to bed, but insists on giving Kendree a good night kiss. She does not, however, give her parents a kiss. It is frustrating!
- Devynee loves to brush her teeth. She only does it all by herself and makes sure she gets a drink after she is done, just like her brother and sister.
- She can go down the stairs, but prefers to have someone carry her. It is much faster, you know.
- She is in 18 month clothing and size 4 shoes.
- Devynee is still pretty obedient (you know, like a 19 month old can be). If you ask her to get her shoes, or get something for you she will try as hard as she can.
Cheesy girl

Devynee - 18 months
For some reason, these posts are getting harder to write. It's funny how the growth isn't as "chart-able" as they get older.
At 18 months:
Matchy, matchy
We sure do love spaghetti.
At 18 months:
- Devynee has no new teeth! An entire month of crankiness with nothing for Mama to blame it on.
- She is walking everywhere and her little drunken waddle is my favorite.
- She is a pro at wearing her glasses and rarely takes them off (unless she feels she isn't getting the proper amount of attention - the little stinker).
- Devynee is sleeping like a champ and napping for 3-4 hours a day. She does wake up between 6:15 and 6:30 a.m. like clockwork, regardless of the time we put her to bed.
- Devynee is in size 18 month clothes (although the capris are all like pants) and size 4 shoes.
- At her appointment she weighed 19 lbs 2 oz and was 32 inches long. That is approaching the 10th %tile mark for weight and solidly in the 25th %tile for weight. The doctor is thrilled with the upward trend of her curve!
- Devynee hates nursery. She is my first kid to do so. It doesn't matter that Kendree is in there with her, or that she is fine with babysitters, she just hates it. We made her cry for an hour (out of two) for the first two Sundays, then we would pick her up for the 3rd hour of church to give the leaders a break.
- She love being outside and you can't even say that word without her heading to get her shoes
- She hates being barefoot on the grass but doesn't seem to mind pebbles underneath her feet on the sidewalk.
- Devynee is saying anything you ask her to. She solidly calls Kendree "den-dee" now and Easton, "eeee-son" and it is adorable. A few other words I wrote down this month include: "toast", "up", "Caillou", "this", "that", "brush", "yummy" and "let go".
- Devynee has stopped signing, except for the occasional "please" or "more." She relies on her words.
Two cute girls in the bath.
SeriousMatchy, matchy
We sure do love spaghetti.

Why hello there!
After a two month hiatus, I am trying to get motivated to begin blogging again. It honestly feels like I am starting over completely, but I cherish the pictures and stories I have recorded on this little blog of mine, so I know I need to get back to it.
Things are relatively the same around here.
Husband who is so busy we sometimes forget his name? Check.
Mama working, playing and driving like a crazy person? Check.
Cutest kiddos ever? Double Check.
We are enjoying our BACKYARD (since we finished on labor day weekend last year, this summer has been amazing. We bought the cheapest swing set known to man, but the kids don't know the difference and Easton especially swings his little heart out.
Our neighbors are so gracious to put up with Easton's batting practice (he hits at least one ball into their yard daily, no matter what I do) and Easton just finished tee ball for the year.
Now we are enjoying our last week of swim lessons, weekly kid movies and lots of outdoor time. Mom is in denial that she has a kid going to school in the fall and tried to block out the view of the school supply lists that are already out at Wal-mart. ahhh!
Here's to getting this little thing going once again.
