Thanks to the idea from Ginny Miller my kids did AWESOME for the morning session of conference. 6 words to listen for (while they colored), place a cotton ball in the correct container and at the end of each talk they tally up the treats they got (one small treat for each word - like one m&m, one skittle, etc). Ginny - you are a genius!
