A Recap of Thanksgiving

Warning: this post is picture heavy.

We traveled to Utah for Thanksgiving and had dinner with my dad's family. On Thursday morning, we spent time browsing the ads. Easton caught on very quickly (the Toys R Us ad was his favorite, of course).

Then he saw mom with the camera and had to get a classic "cheese" picture.
Later that morning we headed over to the location of the dinner to help with setup, etc. The boys were shootin' the breeze while one of our two turkeys was deep frying (dude, that turkey was goooo-oood).
Then, Easton figured out that the pond in Grammy's yard had "melmos" (Nemo, or what he calls all fish) in it and we couldn't tear him away.

Look, he wouldn't even give me a "cheese." He was so intent on watching those fish.

See? No acknowledgement that I even exist.
We had a great trip. Family, food, fun, and good roads. What more could you ask for?

How totally cute! Glad he did not decide he needed to catch the "melmos". Did he circle all the things he needed from Toys R Us? Send us a list!
